When refilling via our website or 800-FIREFLY, you can select either the convenient auto-refill option, starting as low as $9.99, to give your kids an allowance each month or choose from our refill options ($25, $50, $75 and $100), using your credit or debit card.

Firefly Minutes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Important note: BUZZME plans are promotional monthly plans which cannot be refilled.
If you are currently enrolled in one of the BUZZME plans and you need more minutes, there are two ways to add minutes to your account:
1. Login to your account at www.fireflymobile.com and enroll in a new plan by choosing the change plan option.
2. Wait 30 days until your BUZZME plan minutes are automatically replenished.
