For the Original Firefly Phone:

• You can call anybody who's in your Phone Book, so that's 20 of your friends or family, plus Mom, Dad, and Emergency.

For the glowPhone:

• You can call anybody who's in your Phone Book, so that's 48 of your friends or family, plus Mom, Dad and Emergency.
• Note: Through the "Parental Controls" menu, a free dial process is available, by using the programming keypad. You must follow these steps:

   - Access Parental Controls

   - Enter your Password

   - Scroll to and select the "Make A Call" function

 - Enter the number you wish to dial and select the green check mark to "send" the call 

For the flyPhone:

• You can feely dial anyone from your flyPhone keypad.  You can also speed dial anybody who's in your Phone Book.

NOTE: The function to dial freely from the flyPhone keypad, is available as long as the "Call Permissions" are not set to block this action.
