What should I do if my Firefly phone doesn't work?

For the Original Firefly Phone:

You can take a few steps to check the operation of your phone and to familiarize yourself with the equipment:

 

Click on the Start up Guide for Kids and familiarize yourself with the phone  Start-up Guide for Kids.

 

Make sure your account has not suspended or expired. You can do this by checking on line to make sure everything there is okay. Make sure your phone is charged and you have minutes available.

 

If your phone still doesn't work, perform a manual reset  or try the Firefly troubleshooter guide.

 

If none of this works, you can contact Customer Care for help in troubleshooting your issue.
