1. For the Original Firefly Phone and the glowPhone:
If the Call Screening feature is ON:
- You can receive calls from those people who are listed in the phone book, and
- You can receive calls from those people whose numbers are programmed in the Mom and Dad keys.
If the Call Screening feature is OFF:
- You can receive calls from anyone who dials your Firefly phone number.
**NOTE:
- No matter whether the Call Screening feature is ON or OFF, you can always make outbound calls to those numbers in the phone book and to the numbers programmed in the Mom and Dad keys.
- Call Screening will not interfere with the Emergency Call function. If the Call Screening feature is ON, and an Emergency Services call is placed, the phone will automatically disable the Call Screening feature for one hour, to allow for Emergency Services personnel to be able to call back to the phone.
2. For the flyPhone:
The flyPhone has several "Lock" features:
- Lock all: Prevents all outbound and inbound voice calls and text messaging capabilities as well as the event calendar.
- Lock calls-out: Prevents outbound voice call capability.
- Lock calls-in: Prevents inbound voice calls from being received.
- Lock text Messages-out: Prevents outbound text messaging capability.
- Lock text Messages-in: Prevents inbount text messages from being received.
- Lock calendar: Prevents use of the event calendar.
- Unlock all: Unlocks all preventions, and allows the customer to receive and make voice calls, receive and send text messages and allows use of the event calendar.
