For the Original Firefly Phone:

 - Press and hold the green SEND button until you see ENTER PIN. Press Enter.

 - Enter your PIN Number by scrolling though and accepting the four numbers you choose. (The default PIN is 1 2 3 4). 

 - Scroll to DONE and Press OK.

 - If your PIN numbers are accepted, the display will say Change PIN.

 - Press OK to let Firefly know that you do want to change that PIN. 

When the display panel says SAVED, your new PIN is loaded.

For the glowPhone:

The default Password is: 0 0 0 0

When you first set up your password, you will be able to change from the 0 0 0 0 and enter your own.

If you should happen to forget what password you entered, you can enter the a bypass password: 5 6 7 8 and this will then allow you to go into Parental Controls and change your password:

 - Scroll to and select Permissions

 - Scroll to and select Change Password

You will be prompted to enter a new password, then reaffirm it. You will get a confirmation when the password is successfully changed.

For the flyPhone:

The default password is: 1 2 3 4

When you first set up your password, you will be able to change from the 1 2 3 4 and enter you own.

If you should happen to forget what password you entered, you will need to follow these steps:

 - Turn on your flyPhone

 - From the Main Firefly Screen, you will need to type in the following (once you start typing, the screen will change): #20070330#

This will restore your flyPhone back to the default settings, so you can now go back in and reset your password.
