How can I call and talk to customer service?

We can be reached several ways:

 - Through e-mail by filling out this form.

 - By e-mailing one of our departments listed at our contact us page.

 

(NOTE: For service or account issues, use the Customer Service e-mail link or the above mentioned form, for a prompt response. Customer Service issues that are e-mailed to the other business links may be slightly delayed in their response, as they are forwarded to the correct party).

 

 - By phone. We can be reached by calling 1-800-FIREFLY (1-800-347-3359), between the hours of 9:00 AM and  7:00 PM (EST) Monday to Friday and  9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST) Saturday.


NOTE: If you use your Firefly phone to call into Customer Service your account will be charged the normal call rates per your price plan. In cases where the call to Customer Service is regarding an issue with your phone, you will want to have your phone with you and available for troubleshooting.
