My phone hasn't been used in awhile how do I re-activate it?

For the Original Firefly Phone:

If you haven't used your Firefly in awhile, your may have expired and you may need a new SIM card in order to reactivate it.

- Once your account expires, your Firefly service will suspend and you will need to refill your account. (Note: the emergency call function will still work even though the minutes have expired.)

- Once your account expires, you will have 30 days to add minutes to your account, or your account will deactivate and your phone number will no longer work on your Firefly phone (the FCC requires number recycling therefore, unless the account is refilled, the phone number is pulled 30 days after expiration of the account. The carrier will then recycle the number).

 - The SIM card in your phone stores your phone number information and once it is deactivated, the number will no long work.  A new SIM card may be required in order to reactivate the phone. A fee may be required to obtain a new SIM card and reactivate the phone.

If your account has expired, please contact Firefly Mobile at 1-800-FIREFLY in order to reactivate your service.
