To check your account balance, just go to www.fireflymobile.com and click on "Login" or "My Account" in the center of the page, or the "Login" link in the upper right corner of the screen.
Once you have logged in to your "My Account" page, you will be able to check on your account(s). If you have more than one account simply click on the account you are interested in, and it will appear in the Usage and Plan Information section of the screen and display the account balance information as long as you are on one of our calling plans.
In addition, you may check your account balance on the phone by dialing 1-800-FIREFLY, then selecting option 8 and entering your 10 digit phone number including the area code.
Things to note:
For the Buzzme pricing plan:
-Offer is valid only for new activations.
- Minutes expire 30 days after purchase.
- Minutes will be auto-refilled once a month.
- Unused minutes are non-transferrable and non-refundable
-You may discontinue your Buzzme plan at anytime by changing your plan to Pay-As-you-Go and selecting $0 on your account settings.
For the glowPhone and flyPhone:
PAY AS YOU GO PLAN:
- Minutes cost 15 cents each
- Text messages cost 10 cents each
- Low balance refill option is available
- Auto-refill option is available
MONTHLY PLAN:
- Minutes cost 10 cents each
- Text messages cost 5 cents each
- Low balance refill is included as part of the plan design
- Auto-refill is included as part of the plan design
CONTENT ACCOUNTS (for the flyPhone only):
Content accounts for both the PAY AS YOU GO and the MONTHLY PLAN are available for the flyPhone, and necessary if you wish to access the flyKicks application, where you can create a wall papers, ring tones or videos through the media editor or you can purchase and download a variety if items from the flyStore online catalogue.
The Content Account can be refilled by one time credit card charges or a recurring charge can be established to add value to your content account every month. Remember, you can always add value to your account, even if you are on a recurring plan. Please note, you cannot use refill scratch cards to add value to your Content Account. You can only add value to your account with a credit card.
To check the balance on your Content Account, you would need to plug your flyPhone into your PC and launch the flyKicks application. You will see your Content Account balance on the front page, upper left corner of the flyKicks screen.
NOTE: The Content Account and the Voice Account are separate and money cannot be moved from one account to the other.
