FireFly Mobile Transition Instructions

Our big network transition is underway and has been met with overwhelming success. We have heard back from many of you about how much better the network quality is at FireFly Mobile. Thank you for making this transition with us!


If you are just now making the upgrade, and have questions, simply follow the instructions below, or call us directly at (800)347-3359.



By now you should have received your new SIM Card in the mail. You will need to activate the card by May 31st to complete the upgrade to our new and improved GSM Network. To do so:

Go to www.fireflymobile.com and log in to your account.

Click on 'Activate a FireFly' and enter your new SIM Card Number, State, and Zip Code.

Choose the payment plan for your account. Any existing balances will be automatically transferred to your new account.

Register your billing information.

Click 'Activate New Card' and your new SIM Card and new phone number will be generated and activated.

Once the new SIM Card is activated, follow these instructions; turn off the phone, remove the battery, swap SIM Cards, replace the battery, and turn the phone on. It's as easy as that!


Once you complete the registration of your new SIM Card, your account will automatically receive a FREE BONUS of 30 additional minutes, as a special welcome to the best mobile network available in the market.



The entire process will only take a few minutes. We do have peak activation times during the day though, where the time may take a minute or two longer. Thank you for your patience as you and other FireFly families make this transition.
